30 MIN CALL· QUOTE IN 3 WORKING DAYS· NO COMMITMENT
PRICINGindividually quoted
What does Omnira cost? It depends what has to be connected and switched on.
We do not sell licences by the seat and we do not wrap this into tiers. The price comes from the work to be done: how many systems we connect, how many interactions we switch on and how deep the write-back goes. Not from how much you gain.

WHAT THE QUOTE IS MADE OF
The foundation once, as many interactions as you need
The foundation is never sold on its own and has no fixed price, because there is no way to know in advance what it will connect to. You add interactions one at a time, starting with the process that costs you most today.
WHAT WE RUN ON THE FOUNDATION
01
A conversation with your data
You ask about the business and get an answer from live data. Sum up the day, show me a site, count the shifts.
02
Analysis
The shape of the day without ringing round your managers. You see the anomaly while there is still time to act.
03
Prediction
The system learns the business and sees ahead: who will not make it in, what will run short, what is falling apart. Sharper with every loop.
04
Workflows
Processes and recurring tasks. Every automation is approved by a person - the system never rolls anything out on its own.
05
Execution
It calls, it sends and it writes back to your systems. After approval, not instead of it.
ALWAYS IN THE PACKAGE
Data layer
It reads the ERP, the CRM, email and spreadsheets. It builds one body of knowledge about the business before anything starts happening.
- connecting sources through an API, MCP or a custom connector
- tidying up what arrives in spreadsheets today
- a model of the organisation, not a software install
This is where the price varies most. Connecting one CRM is a different job from seven systems, two of which have no API.
VARIABLES
Five things that cannot be guessed from a website
Each one has a range and each one moves the price. The same number of interactions in a business with one spreadsheet and in a business with seven systems is two different rollouts.
01
Scope
How many interactions come in and which one goes first. We start with a single process, not the whole business.
one processthe whole operation02
Data
How many sources we connect and what state they are in. Some have an API, some have to be written from scratch.
one system with an APIseven sources and custom connectors03
Depth
Whether Omnira shows the decision or carries it out. Writing back is a different responsibility from reading.
read onlywrite after approval04
Scale
How many people are in the field and how many sites you cover. That sets the volume of calls and events in every 24 hours.
a few dozen peoplea few thousand in the field05
Pace
How quickly the first process has to be live, and how much time there is to model the organisation.
first process live in a few weeksfull modelling
BALANCE
What stops costing you and what starts to grow
This is why businesses roll it out. To be clear from the start: it is not a pricing parameter - we take no percentage of your savings, and the price does not rise with how much you gain.
STOPS COSTING
50%
Coordinator time
That is what goes on routine calls today: who is coming in, who confirmed, who picked up.
24/7
Nights and weekends
The system has no rota of its own. A three-in-the-morning shift is handled exactly like an eight-o’clock one.
100
Cost of a peak
Calls in five minutes from a single number. When volume spikes you are not hiring people for three days.
STARTS TO GROW
More sites without more coordinators
The next contract does not start with the question of who will handle the phone side of it.
Markets where you do not speak the language
A call in Ukrainian or Spanish is the default, not a separate recruitment project.
A decision from a ranked list
Cover chosen from qualifications, distance and availability - not from the coordinator’s memory.
QUESTIONS
Before you ask
The eight things people ask most before we sit down to a quote.
As much as the scope implies. The price is made up of the rollout and ongoing support, and both depend on how many systems we connect, how many interactions we switch on, and whether Omnira only shows the decision or also carries it out. Without those answers, any number would be made up.
No. The price comes from the work to be done: how many sources we connect, how many interactions we switch on, and whether Omnira writes back to your systems. What you save is your result, not our basis for invoicing. The same work costs the same in a business that gains a lot from it and in one that gains less.
The foundation is the layer that connects to your systems and builds a single body of knowledge from them. Its cost depends on what it connects to: some systems have a ready API, some need a connector written, and data in spreadsheets has to be tidied up first. That is why we price it after looking at what you actually run.
Yes, and that is usually what we do. We pick the process that costs you most today and run it on real traffic. Further interactions only come in once the first one produces signals that match reality.
Because we do not sell licences by the seat. The same work in a business with one system and in a business with seven is two different rollouts. A price list with ranges would still end in a conversation - it would just mislead you on the way there.
No. Omnira does not replace your stack; it reads context from it and writes decisions back. Replacing a system is a separate project and it is not one we sell.
A document with the scope broken into stages, a list of systems to connect and an explicit list of what the quote does not cover. No commitment, and no validity shorter than thirty days.
The scope of processing is set out in a data processing agreement, and the details of the data path are in the privacy policy. For a pricing conversation we need access to none of your systems.
CALL
Thirty minutes with a founder, not a salesperson
No slide deck and no price list by email. We ask about your processes and how you know they cost you - and the quote comes out of the answers.

On the first call I do not ask about budget. I ask which process costs you the most and how you know. The quote comes out of the answer, not the other way round.
