ABOUT USthe rollout team
We build systems that give businesses their own data back.
Omnira grew out of years of building bespoke systems. In every business we walked into, the problem was the same: the data is there, but each piece sits somewhere else and none of it talks to the rest. Eventually we decided to solve it once, properly - and that is how the product we roll out today came about.
FROM NOISE TO SIGNAL
What we do, in one picture.
A company’s day-to-day is thousands of scattered events: emails, spreadsheets, phone calls, systems that know nothing of each other. Our job is turning that noise into one readable signal. Scroll the scene - and try to get in our way while you are at it.

Click. Throw something at it.
01 NOISE
This is what a company’s day looks like before anyone starts measuring. Every dot is an event known to one person or one system - and to nobody else.
02 MEASUREMENT
We connect to the sources and start counting. Every event gets a place, a time and a value - the chaos falls into lanes.
03 CORRELATION
Scattered readings flow into one context. You can see relationships no single system would show on its own.
04 SIGNAL
Out of the context comes a decision: a recommendation, an alert or a process that has run. What returns to the business is a clean signal - and from that point it is visible on the dashboard.
PRINCIPLES
The five principles we work by.
These are not poster aspirations. Every one of them can be checked against how a rollout looks and how this site looks.
01
We measure before we advise.
The first step of every rollout is measurement, not opinion. Until the numbers are flowing we do not tell a client what to change - because we do not know yet.
02
Built by the people who roll it out.
There is no sales layer between you and the product. The person who wrote the module sits in on its rollout and picks up the tickets when something is off.
03
The system should get out of the way.
A good tool shows up when it is needed and is quiet the rest of the time. We design alerts so that each one means something - a hundred notifications a day is not control, it is new noise.
04
No migration, no excavation.
Your systems stay where they are. Omnira connects to them and hands the result back - replacing tools that work is a cost with no return.
05
Numbers or silence.
If we have not measured something, we do not claim it. That is why indicative figures on this site are openly marked - including on this page.
HISTORY
From services to a product.
Omnira did not start with a startup idea. It started with a problem that came back in every project.
the beginning
We built to order
Systems for service and manufacturing businesses: job flow, billing, reporting. Every project different, every one starting the same way - by gathering data scattered across spreadsheets and inboxes.
turning point
The same problem for the tenth time
At some point it stopped looking like a series of coincidences and started looking like a rule: businesses do not need another system, they need a layer that joins up the ones they have. We decided to build it once, properly.
product
Omnira gets its name
Six modules on one data core: Predict, Desk, Lead, Offer, Flow and Voice. Each grew out of work we used to do by hand, project after project.
today
We roll out and we measure
The product grows from real rollouts, not from a roadmap in a deck. What adds up at our clients we describe in impact studies - with numbers that went through measurement, not through marketing.
FIGURES
The business in numbers we measure ourselves.
Values marked as indicative come from our own estimates and are waiting to be confirmed by rollouts - in line with principle number five.

Team
The people who run the rollouts.
No layer of account managers between you and the product. Expand a card to see who is responsible for what - the same person will pick up your enquiry from the contact page.
QUESTIONS
What people ask before they ask about the product
Four questions about the business that come up on first calls.
A product team currently operating within CraftWeb Sp. z o.o. - full company details are in the footer and on the contact page. Omnira is the name of the product and of the brand we roll it out under.
Today: a product company with a services pedigree. Years of bespoke projects taught us what the operational day-to-day of a business actually looks like - the product is an answer to what kept coming back in it.
The people from the team section above - the same ones who build the modules. The channels on the contact page each have a named person, so from the very first enquiry you know who is answering.
With the two-minute qualifier or with a call - whichever you prefer. The qualifier points to the modules worth starting with; the call ends with a list of your systems and a proposed first measurement.

Let us talk about your noise.
Two minutes of the qualifier will show which module to start with. And if you would rather talk to a person - that is why we are named here.
