Privacy policy

We collect data solely in order to reply to your enquiry. This document says what that data is, who has access to it and how long we keep it.

Who processes the data

The data controller is CraftWeb Sp. z o.o., registered office: Osiedle Pod Wiatrakami 9, 62-261 Lednogóra, Poland. Company number (KRS) 0001039024 · VAT (NIP) 7842535739 · REGON 525423100. For data matters, write to hello@omniralab.com.

What data we collect

There are two places on this site where you can leave your details, and both are voluntary.

  • The contact form on the contact page: your name, email address, optionally company name and phone number, the content of your message and your answers to the questions for the channel you pick.
  • The call-back card: the phone number only.

We also record campaign parameters from the entry URL (utm), where present, and the date of the enquiry. We collect no behavioural data about your use of the site, we do no profiling and we make no automated decisions.

Why, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a product demonstration - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
  • To carry on the correspondence and to demonstrate that consent was given - Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest.

We do not send a newsletter and we do not add anyone to a mailing list. The consent given with the form covers contact about that enquiry and nothing else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted after twelve months from the last message. If we do end up working together, the data moves into the contract track and is subject to the retention periods set by accounting law.

Who we pass it to

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing purposes. Access is limited to the team members handling that enquiry channel, and to the providers without whom the site does not run:

  • the provider of the server the site and the enquiry database run on: OVH (OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) - servers in the European Union,
  • the email provider that delivers the notification and your copy of the enquiry: SEOHOST sp. z o.o., ul. Obornicka 330, 60-689 Poznań, Poland - processing in Poland.

Cookies and browser storage

Without your consent, no measurement script loads at all. On your first visit we ask whether we may measure traffic. Until you click in that window, the site sends nothing about you anywhere.

Whatever you decide, we store two things in your browser:

  • the cookie decision itself, so that we do not ask on every visit,
  • the fact that the call-back card was dismissed, or that you left a number.

Both stay on your device and never reach us. They cannot be switched off, because without them the site would ask you the same thing over and over.

Once you consent, two analytics tools are added:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): traffic, referrers, pages viewed. The IP address is truncated and Google’s advertising features are switched off on our side - we run no advertising and build no audience profiles.
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited): anonymous recording of cursor movement and scrolling, plus click maps. It is used to find the places where the site is unclear. Form fields are masked.

The basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time and without giving a reason: just open cookie settings and flip the switch. Withdrawing deletes the files those tools had already created.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Consent may be withdrawn at any time - this does not affect the lawfulness of what happened before.

Simply write to the contact address given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), the Polish supervisory authority.

Shifts

If the data path changes - a new provider, or a new purpose of processing - we will update this document and give the date of the change. The version in force is always the one at this address.
